WWE would not hold the Live Show that was scheduled in India in the next month.
A few weeks ago, it was reported from Sportskeeda that WWE would hold a non-televised event in India in mid-January, specifically on January 18. The show would feature major superstars like Drew McIntyre and local talent and be planned to take place in a large venue to make the show look its best. However, the plans changed less than a month before it happened.
As reported by WrestleVotes through his Twitter account, WWE would have decided to postpone this Live Show in India for unknown reasons. The new date that would be on the table to carry out this event is also still being determined.
I’m told the proposed WWE Live Event in India scheduled for 1/18 has been postponed for unspecified reasons.

India has become an important market for WWE. Recently, the company traveled to the country with Drew McIntyre as a visible face, which ensured that the Scotsman would be present at an event if it were held in India. Additionally, Triple H and Shawn Michaels have mentioned it as one of the areas they would like to expand into with a version of NXT.
