NXT Tag Team Championship: The New Day (c) vs Josh Briggs and Brooks Jensen
The newly proclaimed NXT Tag Team Champions, The New Day, already have their first rivals: Josh Briggs and Brooks Jensen.
Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods offered Pretty Deadly a title rematch after defeating them, but Kit Wilson and Elton Prince refused New Day’s request to sing the Pledge of Allegiance. When they refused, Briggs & Jensen stepped into the ring to recite the oath and earn themselves the title shot.
Nikita Lyons vs Zoey Stark
Weeks of the feud between Nikkita Lyons and Zoey Stark finally come to a head in one ring. After several brutal attacks on her former teammate, Stark finally has the chance to meet the woman she says was holding her back.
Axiom vs Carmelo Hayes
At Deadline’s Iron Survivor Challenge, Axiom and Carmelo Hayes were left at the gates, but the match sparked a fierce rivalry between the two NXT Superstars. Hayes feels slighted by Axiom’s actions against him during the match, and Carmelo seeks revenge.
NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship: Katana Chance and Kayden Carter (c) vs Toxic Attraction vs Ivy Nile and Tatum Paxley
The tag team match between Ivy Nile and Tatum Paxley against Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne ended in chaos. NXT Women’s Champions Kayden Carter and Katana Chance were also involved. The three teams brawled all over the arena.
The three teams will meet in a Triple Threat Match for the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship.
