Shawn Michaels talks about the possibility of several superstars leaving NXT.
In recent years we have seen how some NXT superstars made their ascent to the main roster after spending several years fighting in NXT. However, that hasn’t always been the case, and sometimes superstars barely spend time in the development brand before making their debut on the main shows. Something Shawn Michaels doesn’t seem to like.
During the press conference before the brand’s next PLE, Deadline, Michael acknowledged that he would like to have a lot more time with some NXT superstars before they go to Raw or SmackDown.
Nothing to take away from Bron (Breakker) and the Creeds (Brothers), who… again, would do excellent (on the main roster). But I guess so… we would love to be able to have them and cook them some more. Rounding them up and honing them to the best of our ability, so they have the best chance of success.
No immediate promotion is expected at this time. Although recently, we could see how Solo Sikoa left the development brand to debut and join The Bloodline quickly on SmackDown. We will see if, in the coming months, we see more similar cases.
