After Austin Theory defeated Bobby Lashley and Seth Rollins in a Triple Threat match at Survivor Series WarGames to get the United States Championship back, ‘The Visionary’ and ‘The All Mighty’ have been discussing getting a rematch for the title, so a fight between the two was agreed. It took place in the most recent edition of Monday Night Raw and was won by Seth Rollins.
Dynamism was a constant in the fight from the beginning. Bobby Lashley attempted to charge Seth Rollins against the ring post and threw him behind the barricade. On the other hand, Rollins’ offense relied on constant reversals and knees. After continuing to dominate in the last minutes of the match, Lashley tried to apply a Spear but was intercepted by a Pedigree, with which Seth took the victory.
It has been confirmed when Austin Theory and Seth Rollins will fight for the United States Championship. Considering Royal Rumble is still six weeks away, the company is not expected to have plans to book the fight for the Premium Live Event so that it could take place in an edition of Monday Night Raw in the coming weeks.
