Miro talks about an upcoming return to AEW.
Compared to last year, Miro’s 2022 has been disappointing. After being one of the most relevant fighters in the AEW mid-card zone, injuries and a lack of creative plans for him prevented him from continuing on that path. The athlete himself is aware of this.
While at the premiere of National Treasure: Edge of History, a production to premiere on Disney +, Miro was interviewed by MUSE TV and asked about his situation in AEW. The former WWE Superstar made it clear that she is not dependent on him and is just waiting for the call to return to action.
It’s not up to me. I’m doing everything I can, and from then on, I’m just sitting back and waiting for the opportunity.
What Miro commented coincides with what was revealed by Fightful Select last week, where he indicated that AEW had no plans for him in the short or medium term. The former TNT champion is expected to return to action soon.
