Dexter Lumis defeated The Miz to get a contract with WWE.
After several months of constant attacks from Dexter Lumis to The Miz, Johnny Gargano revealed that ‘The A-List Movie Star’ was paying Dexter to attack him and keep him relevant until he stopped doing so. Hence, the attacks became more serious about their money. This led to both fighters facing each other in the most recent edition of Monday Night Raw, and Dexter Lumis won.
The Miz did not want to enter the ring for the match, so Adam Pearce had to come out to make him join. This was taken advantage of by Dexter Lumis, who focused his offense on blows against the led panel on the edge of the ring. The action then moved through the public, where Lumis broke a table with Miz’s body. Finally, Dexter won after making his rival surrender with a Kata Gatame. When the fight ended, Miz attacked Lumis from behind. However, Johnny Gargano appeared to apply a Superkick to ‘The A-List Movie Star.
With this victory, Dexter Lumis officially gets a contract with WWE, and The Miz will have to pay him the money he owes due to the stipulation that was agreed upon before this fight. It is also worth mentioning that all this is part of the ‘kayfabe’ of the company since Lumis was signed by it when he returned to it in August of this year.
